Supply Chain Transformation Director
The Supply Chain Transformation Director will lead business transformation through the deployment of advanced planning systems and integration of AI/automation into core supply chain processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Digital Transformation & Systems Enablement: Drive the implementation, optimization, and user adoption of planning platforms like Kinaxis Maestro and SAP/S4 HANA.
* AI Implementation & Business Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation, design phased implementation roadmaps, and deploy scalable AI and automation tools.
* COE Leadership: Lead and develop the Supply Chain COE team, enhance expertise in digital planning tools, and foster collaborative leadership behaviors.
* Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP): Oversee end-to-end SI&OP cycles, align supply forecasts with financial plans, and standardize planning processes.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in management, and extensive knowledge of advanced planning systems and AI-driven supply chain transformation is required.
