Healthcare Catering Manager Role
We are seeking a seasoned Catering Professional to oversee the delivery of exceptional healthcare catering services in a dynamic healthcare facility in south Dublin.
1. Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, leading by example and providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure excellent service standards. They will possess a sound understanding of catering kitchen operations, meal preparation and food safety protocols.
* Prior experience as a Team Leader/Manager within the hospitality industry, preferably within hospital or nursing home settings;
* Solid communication skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships;
* Familiarity with financial management principles including budget planning and cost control;
* A working knowledge of Food Safety Systems and Health & Safety regulations is essential.
