Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Demand Planner to manage our factory's Supply Chain Operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving demand planning and factory production schedules, managing fulfilment of demand plans for customers, and supporting the management of production capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the factory's SIOP process to drive supply chain efficiency.
* Plan and execute demand fulfillment strategies to meet customer needs.
* Schedule production activities to optimize labour and materials utilization.
* Analyze and mitigate service and shortage issues.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in demand planning within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
