The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards are met in terms of quality and presentation across all dishes.
Responsibilities Include:
* Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage staff with authority and diplomacy.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene throughout the kitchen environment.
* Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain storage areas in an organized and efficient manner.
* Monitor and control labor costs by effectively scheduling and utilizing available resources.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement innovative menu concepts and promotions that drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie within a reputable hospitality establishment.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Be flexible to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Competitive Salary Package Includes:
* A competitive salary range of €35,000-€40,000 depending on experience.
