Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional
This position offers a comprehensive scope of responsibility across various business functions, encompassing product development, production management, and customer service.
1. Quality Management System (QMS): Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the QMS, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, including ISO, BRC, and KOSHER.
2. Internal Audits & Factory Hygiene: Conduct regular factory floor audits to monitor hygiene and housekeeping standards, review audit reports, and develop strategies to address any issues.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Manage label approvals and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations, including the preparation of periodic reports.
4. Customer Onboarding & Compliance: Ensure all necessary documentation is in place for new customers, and oversee the setup of technical specifications.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to balance multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
