HR Support Specialist
The role of HR Support Specialist is a dynamic and challenging position that requires the provision of professional human resources support to various services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment law and regulations, as well as providing proactive engagement with Trade Unions to promote a positive industrial relations climate.
About the Role
* Provide day-to-day HR support to assigned services, including advice on employment law and regulations.
* Engage proactively with Trade Unions to promote and maintain a positive industrial relations climate.
* Support the resolution of complex employee relations issues.
* Assist with ad hoc HR projects as required.
Requirements
* A current driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
* A 3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management or other HR-related qualification, and CIPD accreditation.
* Experience in a HR Generalist/Coordinator, HR Partner, or HR Officer role.
