Takes ownership of commercial strategy and growth planning at a senior level. Works with the management team to shape long-term business development, manage key partnerships, and drive organisational success. Focuses on strategic influence and leadership and opportunity chasing.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to uncover additional opportunities.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and demonstrate how The Marketing Hub can bring it to life.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in marketing, campaign support, POS, print, and promotional services.
* Represent the Company at networking events and industry gatherings.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure proposals and campaigns align with client objectives.
* Track business development activity and report regularly on pipeline and revenue opportunities.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in business development, logistics, sales, or account management within marketing, creative, or operational support services.
* Experience with completing tenders/e-tenders.
* Strong understanding of campaign operations, POS, print, or promotional materials is advantageous.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated and able to manage multiple client relationships independently.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €45,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
