As a Wellness Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for oversight of the programs and day-to-day operations of the onsite Wellness and Fitness Centres and project support for Benefits and Wellness programs.DescriptionThe Wellness Operations Specialist is action-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They enjoy building solid working relationships with peers, cross functional teams, and partners.Minimum QualificationsProven success and experience with vendor management and excellent customer service recordProven experience leading work streams or projects Strong verbal and written communication skillsManages time efficiently, demonstrates ability to multi-task and adapts swiftly to prioritising and shifting tasks in fast-paced environmentMust be comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organisation and working cross-functionally on a variety of projectsSkilled in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal teams, customers, and business unitsExcellent organisation skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasksExtremely responsive and upbeat with eagerness to grow in new areas of developmentAbility to troubleshoot and familiarity with tools such as work order management platforms, iWork (Numbers, Keynote, Pages), Quip, Box, and MS OfficePreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, fitness management, wellness administration, or related field.Solid customer service, fitness, and facility operational experience; knowledge of ACSM guidelines, and a First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.Experience supporting fitness, wellness, hospitality, or member-based operations preferred.Resourceful in shifting seamlessly between a variety of programs and work with minimal direction.Proven ability to be trustworthy with sensitive and confidential information.Must be a self-starter who can function independently and collaboratively.Ability to present in front of group and interact with leadership teams.High level understanding of Apple's hardware and software solutions.Flexibility to work as required to fulfill business needs.
