We have a full time position available for candidates who have a genuine interest in the early years sector. Candidate's must have minimum Level 5 in Early years Care and Education.
They must be motivated and be able to work of their own initiative.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our dedicated team of Early Years Educators.
Experience is preferable but not necessary.
We expect candidates:
To provide high standards of quality within the setting including the environment, resources and experiences offered to children
To be a key person for a group of children, taking responsibility for all aspects of children's safety, emotional well-being and learning and development
To be responsible for completing curriculum planning and maintaining accurate and effective children's records for key group.
To promote and facilitate partnership with parents/carers and other family members
To support the development of good practice with regard to special needs and inclusion
To work with the Managers, Assistant manager, Lead Educators to continuously improve quality of childcare and education.
To comply with the Preschool Regulations 2016.
To develop and promote parental partnership and involvement, communicating effectively with parents on a daily basis
