At PM Group, we deliver projects across Europe, the USA, and Asia. Our expertise includes project management, process design, facility design, construction management, and commissioning and qualification services for leading multinational clients.
We provide both one-off project management and OTS (Outsourced Technical Services), supplying contract Engineers to clients for their capital projects. Currently, we are seeking Electrical Engineers for multiple complex projects based in Co. Wicklow.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop detailed scopes for projects based on Manufacturing/Process area requests and apply value engineering where possible.
* Evaluate MCC's/Electrical installations for integrity and efficiency improvements.
* Define Electrical requirements for capital projects and interact with internal & external stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
* Ensure safe project execution while adhering to good engineering practices, company policies, and regulations.
* Coordinate with Construction Management and equipment vendors.
* Manage Electrical projects throughout the lifecycle, ensuring compliance with client procedures and standards.
* Install and commission GMP and non-GMP manufacturing and utility systems.
* Support the Validation / Qualification of GMP equipment.
* Troubleshoot issues with the Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality departments.
Requirements
* A relevant 3rd level degree in Electronic, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field.
* Experience delivering Electrical projects in a complex Manufacturing Facility within a highly automated GMP production environment (c. 8 - 10 years).
* Ability to read, understand, and fault-find Electrical schematics/systems during FATs or on-site commissioning.
* Knowledge and experience of Hazardous area and ATEX requirements would be advantageous.
* Instrumentation, automation & control knowledge with project upgrade experience of PLC's / BMS / SCADA / DCS.
* Strong understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) principles.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
* Strong computer MS Office skills (PP, Word, Excel, etc.).
