Product Owner for Commercial Planning Solutions
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our enterprise sales planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of Anaplan commercial planning use cases, aligning priorities with strategic business goals.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to define and prioritize features and user stories.
* Design scalable Anaplan model solutions, following global templates and best practices.
* Manage the delivery lifecycle, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, testing, and release, ensuring smooth change management and communication.
* Ensure data security, access controls, and compliance in all models.
* Work with integration teams to manage data flows with systems like Snowflake, Salesforce, OneStream, Workday, and Callidus.
* Enable users through documentation, training, and enablement sessions, monitoring adoption and continuously improving the platform.
* Provide thought leadership on Anaplan Center of Excellence (CoE) practices, including model lifecycle management, governance, and internal capability building.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* 8+ years of experience in Anaplan or similar enterprise planning platforms.
* Proven experience as a Product Owner or Solution Architect in enterprise planning or commercial systems.
* Technical knowledge in one or more areas, including Anaplan model building, administration, workspace management, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
* Experience with system integrations and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
* Strong functional knowledge of quota setting, compensation management, territory planning, and sales capacity planning in a commercial context.
* Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Fluent English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
* Certified Anaplan Administrator, Anaplan Solution Architect, or Master Anaplanner.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
* Background in multinational corporations with complex planning needs.
