Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Professional to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Telecoms, ICT, and Cyber Security services to one of our largest dedicated customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven commercial awareness. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
You will be responsible for monitoring overall Service Delivery Metrics across Telecoms, ICT, and Cyber Security services. This will include identifying and addressing issues or non-conformance, as well as implementing proactive measures to improve service quality.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring efficient and effective support services. You will also be required to attend weekly, monthly, and quarterly review meetings with the client, providing report dashboards for Service Level Reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 8–10 years' experience in a large IT organization
* Strong technical background
* Proven commercial awareness and experience
* Service Delivery Management skills, including service level, incident, change, and performance management
* Experience in a client-facing role
* ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification in Service Management
* In-depth knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
* Experience with stakeholder and customer relationship management
