Building Services Design Expert We are seeking a highly skilled Building Services Designer to join our team. As an integral member of the design department, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality designs for mechanical services engineering projects. ----------------------------------- Responsibilities: * Lead building services design on small to medium-sized projects or serve as senior designer on larger projects. * Develop technical descriptions, drawings, complex piping and ductwork plans, isometrics sketches, and electronic models in accordance with project requirements, codes, specifications, and procedures. * Present and lead 3D model reviews with client teams and other stakeholders. * Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on globally executed projects ensuring seamless coordination among team members. -----------------------------------
