We work with clients nationwide, to ensure Wealth Development through multi-channel cashflows that are structured tax efficiently.About the RoleWe're growing our administration team and are looking for a detail-driven Data Entry Administrator to help maintain the high standards our clients rely on.The successful candidate work as part of our operations team, entering policy information onto life insurance company portals. To be successful in this role you'll need to have excellent admin skills, an eye for detail and an ability to meet deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and review data from financial advisors or team leads, verifying accuracy of information.Input client and policy information accurately into company and insurer systems.Communicate with advisors or clients to clarify or obtain missing information.Maintain organised and up-to-date digital records.Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly processing targets.Skills & ExperiencePrevious office administration or data entry experience (financial services an advantage).Excellent attention to detail and strong typing accuracy.Clear communication skills, written and verbal.Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.Benefits:Shorter working week, half day every Friday.Competitive salary package commensurate with experience.Company Pension.Company IP and DIS the day you join.22 days Annual Leave plus your birthday off.Job Type: Full-timePay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
