Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the needs of a hospitality environment, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
2. Lead the recruitment and selection process for all departments, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
3. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including familiarization with company culture, policies, and procedures.
4. Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to managers on performance appraisals, goal setting, and development plans.
5. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, maintaining a positive work environment.

Requirements:
