40K per annum
The Role:
The Gather & Gather Coffee Department is on the lookout for a professional and organized Education and QC Coordinator to train our baristas and coordinate our quality control procedures. This role includes barista training with a strong emphasis on quality control and developing clear pathways for improvement. Working closely with site managers and baristas, the successful candidate will help raise standards and create structured approaches to ongoing development. We are looking for a person that has a hands-on, energetic personality with a really strong passion for coffee
The Person:
The ideal candidate will be both flexible and organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
A high level of coffee expertise is essential, along with a passion for delivering the highest standards of training and customer service. This role would suit someone who leads by example and communicates effectively.

This is a salaried, Dublin-based role, working Monday to Friday, with occasional availability required for events and weekend work.
