Head of Rooms Operations
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Rooms Operations to oversee the Front Office, Accommodation, and Maintenance departments.
* Develop and implement operational strategies for the Rooms Division.
* Lead and motivate teams in the Front Office, Accommodation, and Maintenance.
* Monitor and control guest satisfaction metrics.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth.
* Drive labour productivity and optimize scheduling.
* Serve as an ambassador for the hotel's brand and reputation.
* Ensure all operations comply with health & safety, fire, and security standards.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in the Rooms Division of a luxury hotel, and strong working knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide audit standards.
