Duties
* Assist in the development of mechanical designs, drawings, and 3D models under guidance to meet project requirements and standards.
* Collaborate with team members to support the integration of mechanical systems into project designs.
* Perform basic calculations and support simulations to help optimise system performance and efficiency.
* Contribute to the preparation and review of technical documentation to ensure alignment with codes and standards.
* Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and site inspections to learn and contribute to quality and safety outcomes.
Requirements
* Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Must have 3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer with an Irish consultancy (local knowledge essential for the role).
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, and experience with Revit is a plus.
