This role will be pivotal in producing high-quality and engaging content across various platforms to support our sales teams, marketing and internal and external communication efforts. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, from the most hi-tech smart buildings to historical restorations.Duties & ResponsibilitiesGenerate captivating written, visual, and multimedia content for various platforms (social media, blogs, website, emails)Collaborate with the marketing team to create content aligned with company goals and target audienceMaintain consistent brand voice, style, and messagingStay updated on industry trends and news for fresh content ideasConduct thorough research for accurate contentProduce and edit graphics, images, and videos for enhanced content visualsAssist in creating multimedia projects like videos, podcasts, and webinars.Schedule, publish, and manage content for active online presenceMonitor engagement and respond to comments professionallyApply basic SEO for optimal search engine visibilityAnalyse content performance and make data-driven improvementsGather and showcase project-related content on websites, social media, and awardsCraft engaging narratives highlighting project impact and innovationCollaborate with teams and project managers to obtain all accurate information relating to projects and blogsCoordinate approvals with project managers and clientsEnsure content reflects project scope and aligns with branding and strategyCreate applications showcasing achievements for industry awardsUpdate the company websites with blogs, projects, news, and open positionsContribute to reinforcing and promoting the organisation's culture through internal communications and engagement activitiesExperience / Skills RequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, English, Digital Media, or DesignA minimum of (2 years) verified experience in content creation, copywriting, or a related creative capacity within a B2B environmentStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detailFamiliarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media content scheduling tools and platformsFamiliarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit multimedia assetsBasic knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategiesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to balance multiple tasks with changing prioritiesAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong project management skills to coordinate content approval processesAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clientsExperienced in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them understandableExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsDesired SkillsExperience using WordPress and WebFlow websitesExperience with preparing award submissions or similar applications is a plusExperience capturing video and photography will be advantageousExperience using cloud-based platforms like SharePointExperience in IT, Audio Visual or Construction sectors would be a distinct advantageA portfolio showcasing diverse content creation skills is a plusBenefits of joining McKeon GroupMcKeon Groups people are second to none.
