Key Responsibilities Act as a first point of contact for customer and broker queries via phone, email, and written correspondence. Ensure all interactions are managed in line with internal procedures and service standards. Accurately process administrative documents and maintain records in accordance with company policies. Uphold the principles of Treating Customers Fairly and the Consumer Protection Code. Manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines and service level agreements. Log and resolve customer dissatisfaction and escalate complaints where necessary. What We're Looking For QFA qualification or actively working towards it must be completed within 9 months of joining.
