Executive Assistant / Office Administrator – Public Sector
* Location: Dublin 2 city centre
* Hybrid working: 3 days onsite at state-of-the-art offices
* Employment Type: 12-month contract with a strong chance of extension or permanent position
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Administrator to support a Manager and three Team Leaders within a busy public sector environment. Each team comprises approximately eight staff members. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations and coordination across functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide executive support to the Manager and Team Leaders, including diary management and meeting coordination
* Arrange and book meeting rooms, ensuring proper facilities are available
* Take clear and accurate minutes of meetings, circulate them promptly, and track action points
* Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff as needed
* Support internal communications and scheduling across teams
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative or EA role, preferably within a public sector or similar structured organization
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information discreetly
