Bachelors Degree or equivalent education/experience desired. Previous experience in a senior chef related position. HACCP certification and knowledge of safe food handling practices Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Must possess basic computer skills. Ability to apply supervisory /management soft skills. Responsibilities: Previous experience in a similar background and role Assist with the day-to-day operations of the kitchens Assist with planning and executing banquet and wedding functions Assist with menu development and execution To support effectively and positively any operational changes Ensure all HACCP regulations are adhered to Assist with training and onboarding of new and junior chefs Assist with stock takes as required Certification from a recognised body is preferred Basic Computers and Fluent English Ability to work as a team player Flexibility to work with other disciplines within the Kitchen Skills: job desired skills
