Business Systems Director Job Description
This role is responsible for promoting and facilitating the implementation of business systems at our European plants.
* The primary focus will be on accelerating results in Quality, Delivery, Innovation, and Compliance by leveraging business system tools, mentoring, and consulting skills.
* This position will lead the adoption and practices of business fundamentals throughout Europe plants in all functions.
* A key responsibility will be to develop a business roadmap to meet performance data/key performance indicators requirements and business sustainability.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated experience as an SME in a biopharmaceutical operation.
* You should have the ability to promote synergy from cross-functions and handle conflict effectively.
* Mastery of business fundamentals and various lean tools is essential for success in this position.
Work Environment:
The primary work location will be in Ireland and Germany plants, requiring a minimum of 30% travel, with some support in the EU, US, or Asia as needed.
