Sheridans Cheesemongers are Ireland's leading specialist cheese retailer and wholesaler. With shops in Dublin, Galway, Waterford, Carnaross in Meath and an extensive retail presence in Ireland we are passionately committed to sourcing the highest quality artisan food products from across Ireland and the rest of Europe and delivering to our discerning customers across the Island and beyond. We are continuing to expand our operations and are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and results driven Sales Administration Team Leader to join our team.

This role is key to ensuring the delivery of the highest possible standards of customer service to all wholesale customers and own locations. It incorporates taking ownership of the day-to-day operations within the sales office. Assist with the management of the overall aspects of the wholesale business, they are responsible for guiding individuals and leading the team to achieve objectives. The Team Leader is responsible for maximising sales and directing the team to ensure the delivery of the highest possible standards of customer service.

Employee Responsibilities:

Managing & training Sales support administration Team.

Providing exceptional customer service.

Processing of orders and payments.

Review and manage Customer Price Lists.

Management of Unify online ordering system.

Identify and explore opportunities that drive sales.

Managing a busy mailbox.

Invoicing and Credits.

Rostering using TMS and managing staff budgets.

Quality control.

Ad hoc duties as required.

Employee Requirements:

Microsoft Office Skills - Word, Excel.

Excellent communicator.

Strong interpersonal skills, including demonstrated experience in customer / supplier interaction, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Results driven - proven record of effectively meeting deadlines and commitments and manage priorities.

Ability to motivate and inspire team.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to challenging situations.

Background in food desirable but not essential.
