* Implement quality control procedures to guarantee high-standard bid submissions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant degree or design/technical qualification; relevant experience is more important.
* Estimating / Bid / order negotiation experience within construction.
* Strong understanding of costs, mark-ups, and margins.
* Experience managing subcontractors and leading teams.
