Pod-Trak is seeking an experienced Civils-biased Project Manager to deliver major civil and multi-disciplinary infrastructure works across Ireland.
You'll take ownership of safety, programme, and commercial performance, ensuring high-quality delivery in collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of civil and infrastructure projects from inception to completion
Oversee site activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and risk registers
Coordinate design, procurement, and construction teams to achieve delivery milestones
Manage client and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
Control project costs, monitor variations, and report commercial performance
Lead progress meetings and ensure accurate documentation and reportingPromote continuous improvement and teamwork across project teams
Requirements
Proven experience managing civil engineering or utilities projects
Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies and delivery standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Experience with NEC or similar contract forms
Full driving licence and flexibility to travel across Ireland
Background in rail, power, or multi-utility environments
Experience managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams
Project Management qualification (PMI, APM, or equivalent)
