Senior HR Strategist
This is a critical role responsible for delivering the people agenda across multiple sites. It requires effective leadership and strategic thinking to drive the organisation forward.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and drive the HR strategy in line with business goals across various locations.
* Leverage expertise to lead on employee and industrial relations, union engagement, change programmes, and policy execution.
* Create and embed frameworks for talent acquisition, performance management, workforce planning, and succession.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, supporting high-performance culture and organisational growth initiatives.
* Mentor and develop the internal HR team to deliver consistent, compliant, and value-driven support.
Frequent travel across Ireland and the UK will be required to engage with site leaders and teams.
