About Glitch
Glitch is an AI platform that fully automates Google Ads for businesses (and soon to be LinkedIn, Meta and LLMs). It builds ad strategies, writes and tests ads, manages spend, and optimises performance daily. Clients using Glitch are seeing higher conversion rates, lower costs per lead, and stronger returns on their ad spend within just a few months.
The Role
We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative with a startup mindset and a strong track record in cold outreach and developing a new business pipeline. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to Glitch and showing how AI can dramatically improve their advertising results.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct cold calls as the primary outreach method, followed by email and LinkedIn follow-ups
* Reach out to businesses across Ireland, UK, US & Canada
* Identify qualified leads, run short discovery calls, and book product demos with decision-makers
* Maintain accurate CRM notes and call outcomes to ensure a clean pipeline
* Work closely with leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging
Requirements
* 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, marketing, or tech
* Strong track record of exceeding sales targets
* Confident cold caller who enjoys direct outreach and building relationships
* Positive attitude and a student mentality towards learning (we will accept less experience if these qualities are strong)
* Self-motivated, organized, and proactive with strong follow-through
* Resilience, and a hunger to learn, improve, and close deals
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where adaptability and ownership matter

Compensation
* €30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE €60K–€70K)
* Earn commission on every qualified demo attended & additional commission on closed sales
