New Business Advisor - Personal Lines (Hybrid) Location: Galway - 4 days remote / 1 day onsite About the Role Our client are currently expanding their sales team and seeking an enthusiastic New Business Advisor to join our Galway office in a hybrid capacity.
This role focuses on driving car and home insurance sales, building rapport with customers, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional products.
Key Responsibilities Work as part of a target-driven sales team to generate new business in car and home insurance.
Identify cross-selling prospects and arrange follow-up calls for future sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Consistently deliver a high standard of client service.
Skills & Experience Previous experience in the insurance industry or as a broker is desirable.
APA Personal General Insurance or CIP qualification preferred (not essential).
Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
Good IT skills and ability to work with CRM systems.
Experience in a sales and target-driven environment is advantageous.
Positive, professional, and self-motivated approach.
