Role/ Department
The Custody Division based in Limerick are seeking a Senior Consultant to join the team.
This is a client facing role suited to experienced custody professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment.
Working in our Limerick offices we offer the successful candidate a hybrid working model along with our additional benefits.
Working as a Senior Consultant, you will take ownership of the key Custody client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, using your experience to anticipate needs, resolve complex issues, and influence process improvements.
The Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include
Act as a Senior point of contact for a portfolio of Custody clients, managing day to day queries and building strategic relationships.
Liaise with Global internal partners across operations, tech, legal, compliance and relationship management to enhance client service delivery.
Participation in regular client reviews, prepare client reporting packs, provide insight into metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
Take ownership of service delivery across global custody activities.
Monitor all Service level agreements, ensuring all operational requirements and deadlines are being met.
Ensure all procedures and controls are documented, updated and adhered to.
Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory obligations Take a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions and lead investigations, escalate risk items where appropriate, and drive root cause .analysis.
Skills/ Qualifications
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
Experience in a Custody operations or Client services environment Direct client ownership responsibilities A strong understanding of the financial services sector, mainly Custody.
Effective communicator, confident in leading discussions with clients and stakeholders Familiarity with governance routines, control oversight, and service level management
