Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-focused professional to support our recruitment process. The ideal candidate will coordinate administrative tasks, manage communication, and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
* Assist with scheduling interviews and maintain effective communication between candidates and hiring managers.
* Coordinate onboarding processes and verify all necessary documentation is complete.
* Maintain applicant tracking systems and update candidate information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and tracking recruitment metrics.
* Build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to promote a positive recruitment experience.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
* Experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within the healthcare or clinical research industry.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring efficient coordination of recruitment activities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse candidates and teams.
* Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with a solid understanding of data management.
