Key Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the needs of service users are met by delivering tailored support and care.
• Teaching daily living and social skills through activities that promote independence and confidence.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with service users, based on trust, respect, and empathy.
• Engaging in household tasks and activities that promote a safe and supportive environment.
• Maintaining accurate records of service user documentation.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, supervise staff, and communicate effectively with colleagues and service users.
