Position: Global Innovation LeadLocation: County Dublin, Ireland – HybridPackage: €100,000-€125,000 + Bonus + BenefitsWe’re working on behalf of a high-growth international consumer business to appoint a Global Innovation Lead.This is a senior, business-critical role with responsibility for a global product portfolio spanning North America and EMEA. You’ll be accountable for defining product strategy, driving portfolio performance and shaping the innovation agenda across multiple markets.Operating at the intersection of commercial, marketing and operations, this role has significant visibility and influence at senior leadership level.Key responsibilities:Define and lead the global product strategy across key international marketsOwn end-to-end portfolio performance, identifying opportunities to drive growth and profitabilityLead the development and execution of the innovation pipelineBuild clear, differentiated product propositions aligned to customer and market needsPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined executionInfluence senior stakeholders and align regional teams behind a clear strategic directionAbout you:Significant experience in product leadership within a consumer goods environmentBackground across personal care, home care, healthcare or closely related categoriesTrack record of managing and scaling product portfolios across multiple markets (Europe and/or US)Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to translate data into strategic decisionsComfortable operating in a matrix environment, influencing at senior levelThis is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape a global portfolio within a growing international business
