Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding technical support to Irish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company's products in a timely manner.
* Work closely with engineering teams to escalate and manage complex technical concerns effectively.
* Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
* Participate in ongoing training to deepen your product knowledge and enhance support skills.
* Offer suggestions to improve support processes and boost customer satisfaction.
* Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members when needed.
Requirements
* Fluency in Irish and English, both written and spoken.
* Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Prior experience in technical support or IT is beneficial but not essential.
* Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
* A collaborative mindset with a strong passion for helping others.
