Responsibilities
Provide outstanding technical support to Irish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company's products in a timely manner.
Work closely with engineering teams to escalate and manage complex technical concerns effectively.
Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
Participate in ongoing training to deepen your product knowledge and enhance support skills.
Offer suggestions to improve support processes and boost customer satisfaction.
Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members when needed.
Requirements
Fluency in Irish and English, both written and spoken.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Prior experience in technical support or IT is beneficial but not essential.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
A collaborative mindset with a strong passion for helping others.
