that's looking for a
hands-on Learning & Development Specialist
to support capability uplift across the business on a temporary basis.

, partner closely with SMEs and deliver engaging programmes that make a real difference.
What you'll be doing:
* Designing engaging
digital, live and blended learning
experiences
* Partnering with SMEs to turn expertise into
practical, scalable learning
* Managing and optimising the
LMS
to enhance the learner experience
* Supporting the rollout of key L&D programmes
* Tracking learning data and measuring
impact and effectiveness
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in
L&D design and delivery
* Strong
LMS capability
* Excellent communication and content-creation skills
* Ability to work at pace and adapt quickly
* A
learner-first, collaborative mindset
