We're seeking a dedicated Out of Hours Call Handler based in our Drogheda Office to join our team and provide out-of-hours support to our clients, their families, and our carers. As an Out of Hours Call handler, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services during non-office hours. Your responsibilities will include providing phone and desktop support, maintaining client activity records on our IT system, and preparing handover materials at the end of your shift.This role is hybrid, however you will be in office for your initial training. (National Quality Standards) and legislation governing the service and other regulations concerning the provision of both domiciliary care and residential care servicesTo be aware of the Quality Assurance Policy of the Company in the provision of a quality service to the Service UsersTo maintain confidentiality always and carry out the Company's Confidentiality PolicyTo report to the Client Care Manager any issues regarding the safeguarding of clients.To ensure the continuous improvement of service deliveryTo participate in companywide projectsTo carry out any other tasks required by the companyThe post holder may be required to undertake such other duties as may be required to meet the needs and responsibility of the Company.To undertake any other reasonable duties as required*Essential Skills & ExperienceExperience of providing support to clients or service users via phone or ITTeamwork SkillsRelationship managementStrong telephone skillsExcellent organisational and planning skillsComputer literate.
