Job Role
Due to our continuing success in the National Employment service, we are recruiting an Employment Adviser for a 6-month temporary contract to join our team in Roscommon. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference by providing motivational support, careers advice, and guidance to clients, helping them overcome barriers and build confidence. Employment Advisers deliver training workshops, assess skills and ambitions, and act as intermediaries with local employers.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver excellent customer service
Skills and Experience
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent; degree preferred but not essential
* At least one year experience in recruitment, sales, training, or customer service
* Experience working in target-driven environments
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
