Management Accountant Job Description
We are seeking a Management Accountant to join our team. The role exists to protect margin, expose inefficiencies, and support operational decision-making across the business.
* Produce accurate monthly management accounts with clear variance analysis.
* Maintain cost centre and profit centre reporting across business units, fleets, routes, or contracts.
This is a hands-on role embedded in operations — not a back-office reporting function. You will turn operational data (volumes, routes, hours, utilisation) into clear financial insight that drives pricing, cost control, and commercial strategy.
