Contract Negotiator
Our ideal candidate will oversee the negotiation of contracts across various sectors.
1. Review and approve tender documentation thoroughly.
2. Ensure contractual correspondence aligns with contract terms.
3. Assist in project scope definition, goals, and deliverables.
4. Provide reporting on actual costs versus estimates and any variance.
5. Present project progress reports to stakeholders.
The successful candidate must possess:
* a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Construction Management;
* at least 4 years of experience in contract negotiation;
* in-depth knowledge of construction industry contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Thoroughly review and analyze all tender documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize project timelines and budgets.
* Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
