Role Overview
Tim Kelly Group is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our digital engineering team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing BIM processes across multiple M&E projects, ensuring accurate coordination, model integrity and compliance with company and client BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate M&E models across disciplines to ensure clash-free, fully integrated designs.
· Develop, maintain, and manage 3D models using Revit, Plant 3D, and Navisworks (or similar software).
· Produce coordinated installation drawings, fabrication models, and as-built documentation.
· Support project teams in implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and company BIM protocols.
· Conduct model reviews and clash detection, issuing reports and following up on resolutions.
· Collaborate closely with design consultants, main contractors and site teams to ensure design intent and buildability.
· Maintain accurate model data and ensure compliance with ISO ***** standards and client-specific requirements.
· Provide BIM-related technical support and training to project and site teams.
· Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of company BIM workflows, templates and standards.
Requirements
· Degree or diploma in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture or related field.
· Minimum 2+ years' experience in BIM coordination within the M&E contracting or design environment.
· Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage and AutoCAD.
· Experience with Autodesk Plant 3D considered a strong advantage.
· Experience with BIM 360 / ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) or similar CDE platforms.
· Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems and construction processes.
· Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
