QC Micro Analyst - Pharmaceuticals - County Sligo, Ireland - 12-Month Contract
Located on the picturesque west coast of Ireland, our Global pharmaceutical client is looking for QC Micro Analyst to join their state of the art pharmaceutical facility.
Located in the historic province of Connacht neighbouring the pond that is the Atlantic Ocean, breeds a mix of Irish culture and modernisation in the popular seaside town rife with bars, restaurants and water sports.
Responsibilities
1. Maintain and align with Laboratory Documentation and Computerized Systems Data Integrity requirements.
2. Understand Regulations and business processes required to maintain Laboratory Data Integrity
3. Carry out environmental and microbiological tests as required.
4. Define and update procedures for the plant relative to microbiological and environmental testing.
5. Complete validation of equipment and test methods for microbiological tests
6. Test method transfer of microbiological methods.
7. Develop microbiological laboratory procedures.
8. Maintain up-to-date and detailed records of all tests performed.
9. Adheres to and supports all EHS & E standards, procedures and policies.
10. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
11. Third level qualification in microbiology required or equivalent science discipline.
12. A good knowledge of aseptic processes' manipulation together with experience within a GLP/GMP environment and knowledge of current EU/FDA/ICH/HPRA guidelines.
13. Lab experience within industry – Bioburden / Endotoxin / Growth Promotion / Environmental Monitoring.
14. Experience within a sterile cleanroom environment.
