Responsibilities:
* Generate new business leads, appointments, and referrals through proactive outreach efforts
* Attend and close sales appointments set by Telemarketing and your own initiatives
* Collaborate with the Head of Seminars to craft and execute quarterly plans
* Develop relationships with referral partners and potential introducers
* Achieve quarterly sales targets while effectively managing your pipeline
Requirements:
* 2+ years of proven success in B2B sales environments
* Confidence in value-based and consultative selling approaches
* Ability to connect with diverse audiences, from Business Owners to HR Managers and Boards of Directors
