Position Description
The primary purpose of this role is to oversee project management and lead division efforts in implementing new database and software systems. Responsibilities include project analysis, planning, vendor coordination, staff training, troubleshooting, and serving as the technical resource for the division.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with division needs
* Coordinate with OIT, vendors, and staff to develop and implement IT solutions
* Oversee system support, conduct staff training, and manage system maintenance
* Lead additional projects as needed, including webpage development and accessibility compliance
Minimum Qualifications
* Seven years of relevant IT project experience OR a combination of education and experience totaling seven years
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience advising and leading IT project implementations
Required Skills
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
* Project management and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
