Job Description
We are looking for kitchen porters to join our team at Kilkea Castle. Reporting to the Head/Sous Chef, the Kitchen Porter will support the chef and kitchen team in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness levels in the kitchens.
Key Duties And Responsibilities Will Include
* Maintaining a supply of clean ware, cooking ware, and kitchen utensils at all times
* Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times
* Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards
Requirements
* Previous experience working in a kitchen is an advantage
* Flexibility in working hours as role includes mornings, evenings, and weekends
* Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
* Minimum 12 months valid work permit required
