IPS is seeking a seasoned and accomplished Senior Scheduler to be a pivotal part of our expanding Project Planning and Scheduling team, based on the outskirts of the bustling city of Dublin, Ireland. What You'll Do
* Develop, monitor, and update project plans & schedules encompassing the entire engineering, procurement, construction management, and validation (EPCMV) life cycle.
* Work in a highly collaborative and dynamic project environment.
* Analyse schedule input from project partners including clients, internal teams, vendors, and contractors to verify schedule durations and integrity as well as evaluate the logic and float paths. Integrate data into an overall master schedule.
* Make recommendations to manage float and (re)sequence activities to achieve project milestones/target dates.
* Collaborate with the team to support constructability and value engineering.
* Baseline schedules and document basis for approval.
* Monitor schedule progress, deviations, and variances and assess impacts on the critical/near-critical path activities.
* Assist in developing alternatives for corrective action.
* Perform job site walks to verify the physical progress of scheduled activities and analyze change orders for schedule impacts.
* Prepare schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis.
* Collaborate with all groups to improve company processes, systems, and intellectual infrastructure to promote organizational learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field, construction management, or applicable experience.
* 10+ years of experience as a planner/scheduler on facilities capital projects.
* Demonstrated knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction management, and validation (EPCMV) processes. Understanding of engineering and construction methodologies and technical documentation.
* Ability to generate earned value, SPI, CPI, and other schedule metrics.
* Demonstrated expertise in the use of modern planning and scheduling principles, methodologies, techniques, and tools.
* Strong analytical and computer skills with proficiency in Primavera P6 Planner, Microsoft Project & Office Suite programs.
* Occasional travel may be required as projects are being executed across the EMEA region.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the pharma/biotech industry.
* Knowledge of vPlan, BIM 360, and other visual & collaborative planning tools.
