Revenue Growth Opportunity
The Revenue and Growth Manager is responsible for defining and designing the commercial strategy across all categories.
* Develop plans for growth as key input to Marketing Business Plans and Commercial Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Planning: Support the development of a commercial plan combining the needs of brands, channels, customer, market share, and financial goals.
Requirements:
* Strategic and Analytical: 5+ years in FMCG with cross-functional experience in sales, category, or commercial strategy.
* Strong Expertise in P&L levers and management and a proven ability to derive insights, identify growth opportunities, and manage risks within dynamic environments.
