We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic professional to join our Broker Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for developing innovative marketing campaigns that grow our share of the Retail Pensions market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and drive marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
* Develop high-quality marketing collateral to support the distribution of our products to customers, financial advisors, and internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate representation of ideas, processes, and messaging.
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and exploit opportunities to utilise bespoke marketing support.
* Participate in ad-hoc marketing/business projects as required.
Requirements:
* Relevant third-level degree and/or professional marketing qualification.
* Ideal 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role or in an area directly related to the advisor market.
* Excellent marketing/sales skills - evidence of relevant qualifications would be advantageous.
* Good understanding of the wider pensions industry and its importance to customers.
* Proven ability to spot market trends and generate insightful content.
* Excellent writing and communication skills, including content generation and sales presentation skills.
* Strong relationship, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to tight deadlines.
This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in office per week. The primary work location is Blackrock, Dublin-based.
