This is a field-based position, reporting to the Ireland Sales Manager, with responsibility for driving sales growth across the East Coast of Ireland.
The Area Sales Manager will develop and execute a sales strategy, secure new business, negotiate trade supply agreements, and build long-term partnerships within the trade supply market.
In addition, they will manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring customers receive outstanding service and support.
The successful candidate will bring strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills as well as the following experience: Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success within the window and door trade supply sector.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to open doors and convert opportunities into new business.
Knowledge of the wider construction products sector.
Commercially astute, confident in negotiating agreements and closing deals.
Highly dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
Candidates should ideally be based along the East Coast of Ireland and must hold a full driving licence.
