We are seeking a motivated and organised Part-Time HR Officer to support day-to-day HR operations. You will assist in maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases Support performance management procedures and probation review processes Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and letters Assist in organising training and development initiatives Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information to the accounts department Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or pursuing) Proven experience in an HR support role is an advantage Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Working Hours: 24 hours per week - flexible between Monday-Friday Skills: HR Administration Employee Relations CIPD qualified HR Software Benefits: Paid Holidays Parking Pension Fund
