International Payroll Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Payroll Manager to join our team. As a key member of our payroll operations, you will be responsible for setting up and operating payroll processes in a Shared Service Centre environment.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle and SAP, with advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of payroll activities and maintain accurate records. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate payroll processes in a Shared Service Centre environment
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payroll activities
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of payroll activities
* Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll process
* Provide support and guidance to team members as needed
Requirements:
* Expertise in Oracle and SAP
* Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
